TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems
  • Familiarity with MS Office and common applications
  • Understanding of Windows Desktop, Server, networks, and hardware setup
  • Exposure to troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Awareness of VPN/remote access support

EXPERIENCE HIGHLY DESIRED:

  • Experience in a Service Desk or IT Support role
  • Using service desk call logging tools
  • Supporting executive or senior staff
  • Networking and desktop troubleshooting skills
