, permanent position Position: IT Desktop Support Specialist Link Up Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Desktop Support Specialist to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a leading provider of IT solutions, we are dedicated to providing our clients with top-notch support and services to help them achieve their business goals. Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network related issues - Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner - Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software - Set up and maintain user accounts, permissions, and passwords - Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks - Respond to and resolve help desk requests in a timely manner - Train users on new hardware and software as needed - Maintain inventory and documentation of all IT equipment and software - Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new technologies and upgrades - Stay updated on the latest IT trends and advancements to improve overall system performance Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role - Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems - Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and other IT management tools - Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to solve technical issues - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) are preferred but not required Why Work for Us: At Link Up Solutions, we value our employees and strive to create a positive and supportive work environment.
