The IT Developer/Analyst I provides the best possible solution for new business process automation requirements or any issues of the existing applications. Job duties include:

• Communicate with Business Analyst/Project Manager and other business stakeholders to get a clear understanding of the requirements.
• Research potential programming needs and required programming languages.
• Provide and propose creative design for the solution.
• Provide estimated work hours to complete the development.
• Design and create database and applications integration.
• Write code with industry accepted coding methods.
• Create reports.
• Write system development documentations.
• Assess the solution before handing it over for User Acceptance Testing.
• Deploy the solution according to the project plan.
• Keep on supporting the applications for issues or enhancements.
• Keep track of tickets and provide solutions through the support ticketing system.
• Other duties as assigned.
