SKILLS REQUIRED

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

• Recent experience of working on desktop C# applications, and also ideally Blazor applications. This does not have to be commercial experience; student projects will also count. If you don’t have Blazor, this can be taught.
• A keen interest in UI design.
• Experience of working with APIs and relational databases (SQL)
• The ability to communicate clearly with our end users to understand their requirements
• The ability to think logically and learn quickly
• A preference for a pragmatic, can-do approach to delivering features
• The courage to question or challenge technical approaches and proffer own ideas and solutions
• Energy and enthusiasm, plus attention to detail
• Willingness to be a keen team member and contribution towards a positive team spirit
• A minimum of three days a week in the office is expected to begin with (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday), however this may well increase in the future.

Global Aerospace is looking for an enthusiastic .NET (C#) / Blazor developer to work on a variety of projects, including AI and price modelling.
Global Aerospace has a team of around 16 developers across various disciplines in London with more developers in the US. Based in the heart of the City of London, we produce applications for both our internal and external users.
We are not looking necessarily for years of commercial experience. You will need some .NET experience, and we will want to see examples of work you have already done. However enthusiasm and commitment are far more important to us. We will invest heavily in the right person.
We are working on a number of applications that call out to the Azure AI services. We also integrate with external market systems and external datasets. We expect to keep investing heavily in AI and you would be at the forefront of this development within Global.
We feel that we are able to offer a wide variety of work using modern technology, lots of end-user contact and a wide variety of technical skills, with new ideas being encouraged. We are looking for people with the enthusiasm and potential to learn.
