Position: IT. Junior Developer – Services & Systems IT Division: Citco Technology Management, Inc. Reports to: Services & Systems IT SVP Location: Manila Job Status: Full-time Permanent I. POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Dashboard Developer will strengthen reporting and visibility across IT Services by building standardized dashboards and KPI tracking solutions. This role supports operational decision-making by transforming raw data from ServiceNow, monitoring platforms, and CMDB systems into actionable insights. The objective is to eliminate manual reporting and enable data-driven management across IT Operations II. ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONS: This position is part of the Citco Technology Management (IT Operations) and reports to SVP in Services & Systems IT department III. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: · Design and develop Power BI dashboards that provide visibility into incidents, SLA compliance, backlog health, and operational metrics. · Integrate data from ServiceNow, CMDB, monitoring tools, and other enterprise platforms into centralized reporting models. · Build data models and DAX calculations that accurately represent IT performance indicators. · Automate recurring report generation to eliminate manual spreadsheet-based reporting. · Collaborate with IT leadership to define standardized KPI frameworks. · Support IT Metrics Hub initiatives to centralize enterprise reporting. · Develop responsive React web applications that act as centralized portals, integrating and embedding outputs from Power BI, Power Apps, and other enterprise platforms to deliver a seamless end-user experience. · Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest, transform, and load data from multiple source systems into centralized data stores. IV. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: · Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience · Experience in development or BI or reporting roles. · Power BI skills including DAX and data modeling. · Strong SQL capabilities. · Experience integrating API-based data sources.
