A little taste of your day-to-day Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: Managing and monitoring all computer hardware to ensure systems are running smoothly – regularly reporting back to the board Keeping up to date with all our approved systems and technology – from LAN to POS Auditing IT performance, managing budgets and evaluating vendor proposals Recruiting, coaching and managing your team of IT experts to drive exceptional standards Safeguarding our IT infrastructure against cyberthreats What we need from you Communication and customer service skills Hands-on experience with brewing equipment Knowledge of various hot and cold beverage recipes and espresso production Strive for excellence in an eager and motivated manner Possess the ability to work under pressure Demonstrate exceptional timekeeping and reliability Passion for coffee and coffee artistry Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Computer Science or IT or related field 4 years’ related experience with computer set-up and troubleshooting Working knowledge of networks, operating systems and databases Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge in PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) Great communication skills You’ll be a team player, proactive, responsible, hardworking and able to work under pressure What you can expect from us We give our people everything they need to succeed.
