Description
Be the global Enterprise Technology face to Supply Chain and Material Fulfillment business functions. Be accountable for portfolio and product strategy, delivery of IT investments, and production support. Own and manage the delivery of IT solutions: governance, budgets, contracts, reviews, feasibility, cost-benefit analyses, prioritization, initiation, execution, and closure. Develop strategy and explore future technologies powering digital supply chain Drive technical integration of portfolio and ensure seamless interoperability across the ecosystem to provide best-in-class enablers to tackle business problems. Establish direction and guide product/integration teams across multiple areas including supply chain collaboration, visibility, integrated supply risk management, supply chain sustainability and material fulfilment exception management. Ensure delivery is managed effectively using Agile delivery and portfolio management practices. Apply a broad understanding of Ford enterprise architecture and technology standards to guide solutions/services. Work together effectively with various levels of senior management, business partners, suppliers and internal IT partners. Established and active employee resource groups Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Supply Chain Management or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. At least 10 years of progressive responsibilities within technology and software functions such as software engineering/development, software/application delivery, product delivery, and project/program management. Developed, created, implemented and/or executed supply chain business processes and applications. Hands-on experience in multiple roles across the spectrum of the lifecycle of applications and/or technologies. Implementation track-record with multiple delivery models - including supplier-led engagements, custom and off-the-shelf solution developments involving strong supplier management skills and effective negotiation skills. Awareness/working knowledge of key supply chain platforms such as E2Open, SAP, Blue Yonder etc. Master's degree in computer science, Data Science, Supply Chain Management or related field Experience with global team development and building knowledge and capability Management skills and experience required for independent decision-making Strong knowledge of the business functional areas within supply chain management Technical excellence in software design, development, and deployment leveraging cloud technologies Proven ability to drive operational excellence for technical solutions and applications, ensuring their reliability, efficiency, and continuous optimization throughout their lifecycle Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management in varying areas of business and enterprise technology Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism and emotional resilience in all actions. Demonstrated ability to deliver on project commitments through leadership, rigorous execution, teamwork, strategic planning/scheduling, problem solving and productivity improvements. Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and Product Operating Model Management of portfolio-level financials & budgets, along with regular monthly financial reporting for the program.
