POSITION SUMMARY RiteScreen is seeking an experienced and strategic IT Director to lead the organization’s technology vision, infrastructure, and cybersecurity programs. This role is responsible for ensuring that RiteScreen’s IT systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership in IT operations, systems architecture, and digital transformation, balancing strategic foresight with hands-on technical expertise. KEY PRIORITIES FOR THE FIRST SIX MONTHS * Assess current IT infrastructure and processes across the organization * Recommend strategic improvements to enhance system performance and security * Reinforce IT governance, cybersecurity, and compliance standards * Support business continuity and operational excellence initiatives CORE RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead the development and implementation of RiteScreen’s IT strategy aligned with business goals * Oversee all IT systems, infrastructure, and networks to ensure reliability, security, and scalability * Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering collaboration, accountability, and innovation * Ensure 24/7 availability and reliability of critical business systems and applications * Maintain robust cybersecurity protocols and compliance with industry regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI-DSS) * Direct IT support operations and ensure timely issue resolution and end-user satisfaction * Oversee IT budgeting, vendor management, and procurement to ensure cost-effective technology investments * Lead and deliver key technology initiatives, including ERP implementation and geographic expansion * Identify and implement emerging technologies that enhance efficiency and competitive advantage QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field * 7+ years of progressive IT leadership experience in a corporate or multi-location environment * Proven leadership in IT infrastructure management, systems administration, and cybersecurity * Strong experience in manufacturing environments * Expertise with systems including Dell PowerEdge, Microsoft ServerOS, MS SQL, Microsoft HyperV, VMware, IBM iSeries, DB2, and WebSphere * Knowledge of cloud computing architectures (public, private, hybrid) and cloud-based application management * Hands-on experience with ERP implementation or optimization projects * Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical issues into business language * Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, ITIL, Cisco, or AWS are a plus LOCATION & TRAVEL This position can be based onsite, hybrid, or remote with periodic travel to RiteScreen facilities in Elizabethville, PA and Hialeah, FL (up to 25%).
