Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s IT infrastructure, with a primary focus on the successful implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the Infor ERP system. This role requires a strong background in IT management, coupled with deep expertise in Infor ERP. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of IT initiatives with business objectives.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Infor ERP Management: * Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of the Infor ERP system. * Manage and optimize ERP system performance, ensuring it meets the company’s operational needs. * Work closely with various departments to gather requirements, streamline processes, and ensure successful ERP integration. * Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring efficient use of the ERP system. Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues in a timely manner. * IT Infrastructure Management: * Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including network, server, and systems management. * Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of the company’s IT infrastructure. * Manage IT budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective solutions. * Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. * Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. * Strategic Planning: * Collaborate with senior management to develop IT strategies that align with business goals. * Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance business operations. * Drive digital transformation initiatives to improve business processes and enhance productivity. Education and Experience: * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). * Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, with a strong focus on ERP systems. * Extensive experience with Infor ERP, including implementation, customization, and support. * Knowledge of Iseries, IBMI, AS400, Excel, RPG, SQL, Tableau, Network Communications and Project management experience is a plus.
