We are now looking for you as an education consultant!

For the establishment of our new branch in Hanover, we are looking for a committed and communicative individual to join us as soon as possible, who will raise awareness of our educational offerings in the region, build networks and support people on their professional journey.

The position is a permanent one with a workload of 30-39 hours per week.

Tasks

• Presenting educational opportunities & building networks: You actively promote our educational opportunities to authorities, job centers, employment agencies and companies in the Hanover region and gain new cooperation partners.
• Maintain contacts & strengthen relationships: You build sustainable relationships with employment agents, team leaders and other contacts and ensure a trusting collaboration.
• Education and career counselling: You advise interested parties and participants on our offers, support them in their career orientation and accompany them on their way to new perspectives.
• Events & Trade Fairs: You plan and accompany information events, networking meetings and trade fair appearances and represent BBQ on site.
• Market and demand analyses: You observe the regional education and labor market and contribute ideas to further develop our services in line with demand.
• Actively support the development of the location: As part of our new team, you will help to successfully establish BBQ in Hanover and make it visible in the long term.

qualification

• Education or studies: You have completed vocational training, a degree or a comparable professional qualification, ideally with a focus on adult education, pedagogy, human resources, business and sales.
• Professional experience: Ideally, you have already gained experience in adult education, educational consulting, job placement, personnel services, customer consulting or a sales-related environment.
• Communication and networking skills: You approach people openly, build trusting relationships, and understand how to inspire different contacts to work towards common goals.
• Consulting and service orientation: You enjoy supporting people in their professional development and showing them suitable perspectives.
• Organizational talent & initiative: You work in a structured and independent manner and maintain an overview even with diverse tasks and deadlines.
