SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

· 5+years as an Analyst / performing Analyst role
· 3+years in Healthcare – health IT, clinical, research, financial
· 3+ years’ experience working with EHR applications
· Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills
· Effective communication skills and collaborative work style
· Background in healthcare information systems, data analysis, and familiarity with EHR implementation or optimization
· Proficiency in programming languages(SQL, Java, and CCL. Cerner Command Language-nice to have), database management, and software development life cycles
·Experience as analyst for EHR system, Cerner Millennium / Oracle Health EHR preferred
·Knowledge of clinically driven revenue cycle
·Knowledge of relational databases (SQL), system development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, quality assurance techniques, and change management procedures
·Able to manage, coordinate, and prioritize multiple activities concurrently with limited supervision and to adjust efficiently and effectively to changing priorities.
· Knowledge and experience using multiple project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile
· Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare/Informatics, Information Technology, Information Systems or Computer Science, or equivalent experience

Pay: $43.00 - $48.00 per hour
