JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. Education: Certificate/Diploma in Information Technology, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or related field.
  2. Experience: 1–3 years of experience in IT support or ELV systems. Fresh graduates with relevant training may also be considered.

  3. Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge in setting up and troubleshooting LAN/WAN, switches, routers, and wireless systems.
  • Experience with ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, and PA systems.
  • Familiarity with IP configuration, server setup, and basic networking.
  • Able to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams
  1. Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Knowledge of installing and maintaining ELV systems like CCTV, alarm sytems, barrier gate systems, access door, networking, turnstile gate and other ELV systems.
  • Ability to install, maintain, and troubleshoot ELV systems for clients.
  • Familiarity with wiring, cabling, configuration and testing ELV systems.
  • Troubleshoot and identify potential decisions or solutions for test or electrical errors, safety issues or general operating inefficiencies with test production processes.
  • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for IT and ELV equipment.
  • Support system integration and commissioning works.
  • Prepare documentation such as wiring diagrams, daily reports, and test reports.
  • Collaborate with engineers, project teams, and vendors to ensure proper system implementation.
  • Provide technical support to end-users and ensure minimal downtime.
  • Ensure all work complies with industry standards and safety regulations.
