Description

As a Senior IT Field Service Engineer (m/f/d), you will be responsible for supporting laboratory and sampling sites in the northern region, primarily the Hamburg campus and Kiel, and will be the point of contact for IT-related questions both on-site and remotely. A company car is available for travel to the external locations .
You analyze, prioritize and resolve IT issues and are responsible for structured ticket processing and documentation .
In addition, you will be responsible for the deployment and lifecycle management of clients , as well as the installation, configuration and replacement of hardware and peripheral devices.
You ensure stable, secure and compliant workplace operations , including patch management and the support of endpoint security solutions.
Working closely with specialist departments, business IT and international IT teams, you will implement technical requirements and develop practical solutions for the locations.
In addition, you will support rollouts, site conversions and infrastructure projects , and in the future you will independently take on
(sub-)projects.
