Job Responsibilities: The End User Services expert is responsible for providing day-to-day IT support activities related to end-user technologies for all Korea sites. End-user technologies include desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. The role is expected to achieve objectives by managing incidents and applying the technical/functional knowledge necessary to resolve technical problems. The person also works closely with local business units and regional/global IT teams. Your Role: Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support for all Korea sites through IT support channels (ITSM tool, call, chat, and email). Install, configure, and support end-user equipment, including laptops/desktops, mobile devices, wireless PDAs, MPS, label printers, and other devices. Facilitate staff onboarding and offboarding processes. Collaborate with global teams to resolve complex IT-related issues and implement local and global projects. Support problem management and escalation management by handling inquiries and escalations from end users. Manage IT lifecycle processes, asset management, and license management. Provide smart hands support to global infrastructure teams, including telecom, network, and server teams. Communicate with end users regarding local outages, service degradation, planned downtime activities, and global initiatives that impact local end users. Engage in innovation activities such as process improvements, pilots, proof of concepts (PoCs), etc. Be able to travel within Korea; occasional day trips to other site offices may be required. Who You Are: Bachelor’s degree (IT-related discipline preferred). At least 1 to 5 years of IT experience supporting end-user technologies such as desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint). Hands-on experience in IT technologies including basic networking, server hardware, Microsoft Active Directory, telephony solutions, cloud computing, DNS. Effective troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze problems and develop/improve solutions. Experience with ITSM tools or ITIL certification is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills when working with business units and IT teams.
