Responsibilities

  • Participates in planning and implementation activities for system changes and upgrades, contributing to project tasks and timelines.
  • Supports audit preparation and inspections by ensuring compliance with relevant standards and processes.
  • Engages in service management and vendor communications, maintaining effective relationships and ensuring quality service.
  • Assists in change management and validation efforts, applying established methodologies to facilitate smooth transitions.
  • Monitors systems and helps conduct periodic reviews to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Authors and updates system procedures, ensuring documentation is current and accessible.
  • Ensures the smooth operation and security of assigned systems and technologies through proactive interventions.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance and improve IT services, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Assists business units in defining user requirements, ensuring solutions meet standard operational needs.
  • Provides on-call support for off-business hours operations to maintain seamless service availability.
  • Undertakes additional duties as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and willingness to support team needs.
