POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Engineer to take over full IT responsibilities while managing the company’s online platforms. The successful candidate will oversee IT infrastructure, provide technical support, and ensure business continuity, while also handling website updates and managing the company’s social media presence.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of IT support and system administration experience (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of networking, VPNs, firewalls (Fortinet preferred), and Windows/Linux systems.
• Experience with Google Workspace, domain hosting, and cloud services.
• Basic knowledge of web management (WordPress/Bluehost or similar).
• Familiarity with social media management (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) and content posting.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills.

IT Support & System Management

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and networking systems.
• Administer and troubleshoot VPN connections, firewalls (Fortinet), and remote access solutions.
• Provide IT support for hardware/software, emails, and user accounts.
• Manage servers, backups, and cybersecurity measures.
• Oversee Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Meet, etc.) and company domain hosting.
• Maintain IT documentation, licenses, and asset inventory.

Website & Social Media Management

• Maintain and update the company’s website (content, security, hosting, backups).
• Create and manage professional content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
• Monitor social media engagement and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Coordinate with management for digital campaigns, announcements, and branding.
• Ensure company branding and digital presence are consistent and aligned with corporate identity.
