Job Description System Administration Manage and maintain servers, networks and printers. Ensure smooth operation and performance of IT systems. Helpdesk Support Provide local support for users and devices in both office and production environments. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Cybersecurity Participate in TISAX activities (acting as TISAX REP Deputy). Support local PCSA (Plant Cyber Security Assessment) requirements. Manage backups and ensure data integrity. Conduct user training sessions. Provide ongoing user support and promote cybersecurity awareness. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in similar roles. Strong knowledge of Cisco networks. Strong knowledge of Windows Server systems. Experience in managing Windows domains.
