We’re on the hunt for an experienced IT Engineer to support our business technology across multiple sites. About the Role: Manage and maintain secure and efficient ICT systems across multiple Tumu businesses Configure and support network infrastructure (firewalls, switches, VLANs, VPNs) Provide quality support to staff both onsite and remotely Drive improvements using the Microsoft Power Platform Support technology upgrades and enhancements About You: In addition to be a proactive problem solver and team player, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate through prior work experience: Strong Microsoft expertise – from legacy XP to modern Windows and Windows Server, including databases and server administration Network know-how – experience with Fortinet firewalls, routing, VPNs, VLANs (creating VLANs on switches, enabling ports, etc.) Possess a comprehensive understanding of cyber security Flexibility to travel to our sites around the North Island 2–3 times per month Excellent communication skills – confident supporting users by phone and online Experience working in a production environment would be a bonus What we offer: Company vehicle Competitive salary Subsidised medical insurance Health & wellbeing initiatives Ongoing learning and development Supportive, down-to-earth team culture Some flexibility around starting and finishing hours to fit with your life If this sounds like you, you’ll fit right in with our friendly, practical, and solutions-focused IT team.
