We are looking for a security specialist (m, f, d) as IT Engineer DevSecOps Your Tasks: Your Profile: Your Contact: c E-Mail: Aufgaben Collaborate with colleagues from the DevSecOps team to strengthen pipelines and infrastructure and integrate security throughout the software lifecycle (development and operations) / Responsible for providing secure tools and automations as standard, eliminating friction and accelerating delivery / Collaborate on implementing initiatives while raising the bar for cloud security and operational excellence through clear guidelines, self-service tools, accurate documentation, and CI/CD support / Design, implementation, and maintenance of automation solutions, tools, and optimization of developer workflows, including the integration of security into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps) / Project work with Kubernetes (e,g, Openshift), containerization, and shell scripts, as well as with one of the following technologies: Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, any API management tool / Collaboration in optimizing the entire cloud infrastructure and ensuring that environments are secure, transparent, repeatable, and resilient / Implementation and optimization of security tools Optimization of system transparency through structured logging, dashboards, alerts, and SLOs that help teams understand and operate their services securely / Collaboration with IT product and platform teams. Qualifikation Master's or Bachelor's in Computer Science or Engineering / Further training in the field of security as an advantage / Knowledge of processes in an international bank / Professional experience as a DevSecOps engineer and also as a developer (Microsoft .NET skills) / Professional experience with Terraform and CI/CD (GitHub Actions), including secure secret management and automated deployments / Professional experience in e.g. implementing structured logging, monitoring dashboards, and service level objectives (SLO) / Analytical personality with a team orientation and hands-on mentality / Ability to analyze system environments with a holistic view but also, conversely, in detail / Experience with cloud-native security patterns / Keen interest in the transparency of secure systems / Communicative with good social skills / German and English.
