The IT Engineer is responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and equipment across the organization. This role involves user administration, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing IT assets, and maintaining office and meeting room technology equipment. Responsibilities User setup and administration Troubleshoot and resolve software or hardware issues Provide to end users first level support and training, at group level Monitor requests on our ticketing system (Jira) and resolve in a timely manner Update and maintain documentation of IT processes and procedures Set up and maintain all office IT equipment (computers, printers, scanners and mobile devices both Android and iOS) Keep meeting room equipment (PC, TV, camera, microphone & other equipment) functional at all times Manage IT asset equipment Requirements Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Similar Up to 4 year of related experience in Technical Support, IT administration or equivalent role Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP Familiarity with G Suite administration MS Office knowledge Basic networking skills Strong problem-solving skills Customer-oriented and patient Punctual, committed, and willing to learn Very good command of English language Awesome, but not necessary CCNA knowledge Working knowledge in a deployment tool (like OCS Inventory / Microsoft SCCM / ConnectWise automate, Jamf Pro etc) Basic knowledge in an endpoint security solution (like SentinelOne, Sophos, Avast etc) Benefits We are looking for people who would make the world smaller for travelers but want a bigger world of opportunities for themselves.
