• Installation and configuration of servers, NAS, switches, routers, firewalls, IP Phone, VC systems and other IT systems as per project requirement.
• Perform on-site troubleshooting, system testing, and configuration adjustments as needed.
• Conduct pre-commissioning, final testing, and commissioning of all systems.
• Prepare As-Built drawings, configuration files, and operation manuals.
• Ensure proper documentation of licensing, warranty, and user manuals for all deployed systems.
• Support in preparing project close-out reports and client sign-off documentation.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients during project execution.
• Provide timely updates on project progress, risks, and changes.
• Conduct client training and handover sessions upon project completion, if required.
