We are seeking a talented IT Engineer to join our team with a strong background in Microsoft’s Technology Stack.
You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining and optimising our IT infrastructure, supporting various systems, and contributing to new projects and implementations.

Responsibilities

IN ADDITION TO THIS, AS OUR IT ENGINEER YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Working as part of the IT team to maintain and support the IT & Telecommunications environments.
  • Proactively monitoring systems, and assist with new projects and implementations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide technical solutions.
  • Leveraging cloud technologies for system deployment, management, and optimization.
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks, including backups, indexing, and query optimisation.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices to continually enhance IT capabilities.

IN ORDER TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE IT’S ESSENTIAL THAT YOU HAVE:

  • Significant experience working in a complex IT environment.
  • High level of technical knowledge spanning server, storage, and Active Directory.
  • Experience with various Cloud solutions, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision, managing and supporting others to do the same.
