Role Requirements:
Experience in helping users in an IT environment (preferably 2 years+)
Knowledge of WIN 10 and WIN 11 essential (installations).
Knowledge of Microsoft office is an advantage.
Ability to communicate well with users is essential.
Experience with PC hardware and software installations.
Own transport is an advantage but not necessary.
The length of this contract is about 3 months, but there is potential to stay on.
