Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust IT infrastructure solutions tailored to meet organizational needs.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and enhance existing systems.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Manage NAS Storages
• Manage Firewalls
• Support End-user Support

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in IT engineering or a similar role, showcasing a track record of successful projects.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals are advantageous.
• Experience in enterprise environments, preferably within sectors like finance, healthcare, or technology.
