JD ID JD0045 Position Name IT Engineer (Networks) About the profile We are looking for an IT Engineer with a primary focus on network infrastructure support. This role centers on the operation, maintenance, and ongoing support of LAN, WAN, and WLAN environments. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in network operations, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, and day-to-day support. Responsibilities • Design, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN environments. • Manage, maintain and troubleshoot routers, switches. • Manage and maintain network security and access control solutions such as firewalls, network access control systems, and secure access platforms (Cisco ISE, Palo Alto, Zscaler). • Provide L2-L3 support and resolve network-related incidents. • Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for issue resolution, maintenance, and hardware replacements. • Maintain documentation and provide management reports. • Participate in network-related projects, upgrades, and migrations. • Provide occasional support with Microsoft 365 services and Azure infrastructure when required. Requirements - Must have Hands-on experience within enterprise networking environments (Catalyst switches, Nexus switches, ISR routers, WLC, Cisco ISE). Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, DNS, DHCP). Understanding of dynamic routing (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP) and switching topologies. Good communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with ITIL processes, change management. Requirements - Nice to have Experience with Microsoft 365 ((Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID) Experience supporting Azure infrastructure in an operational capacity (compute, networking, storage). Exposure to additional cloud platforms (AWS or GCP). Seniority Level Middle. Languages English: B2 or higher. Local language.
