Stream is looking for an IT Engineer in Amsterdam (part-time 20-24 hours/week, 3 days per week in-office)

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON

A typical day includes assisting colleagues in support requests. Managing and configuring laptops and/or software and proactively looking for improvements in existing processes and tooling.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Configure laptops for new and current employees
  • Manage the inventory of all company owned electronic assets
  • Perform local/remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
  • Manage the baseline configuration of laptops via Remote Management (JAMF)
  • Manage access of SaaS applications used internally
  • Manage and monitor the office network (Cisco Meraki)
  • Work alongside the Security department to ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and SOC2 Type II
  • Continuously and actively look for ways to improve processes, procedures, and documentation
  • Partner closely with the People Team as a major part of onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Partner closely with Office Manager on day to day office operations
