We are supporting a Bath based telecomunciations business who are looking to onboard a Junior IT Engineer to provide support to users.

• The Role:Provide phone, email, and remote support to IT system users across multiple international locations
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents, aiming for first-time fixes and escalating when necessary
• Develop IT solutions that meet business needs and user requirements
• Supporting senior engineers with field work

• The Candidate:Experience in technical support within a Microsoft environment
• Ticketing/request management
• Experience supporting remote access and flexible working solutions
• Full UK drivers licence

• The Package:Base salary: £25,000-£30,00020 days’ holiday plus bank holidays
