Responsible for providing end to end support for all STERIS’ Information Technology systems & software for both business systems and technical infrastructure within corporate/non corporate facilities. Contributes to new/ongoing Information Technology projects for the installation and rollout of I.T. systems. Interfaces with STERIS local/global management teams ensuring adherence to corporate and global standards. Acts as a liaison between the Corporate I.T. Department and the business entities in each location to satisfy both Corporate and local business objectives. Writes product requirement documents, tracks development timelines, negotiates feature sets with the development leads and product vendors. Engages fully and actively participates in the STERIS Zero Trust cybersecurity project, working alongside site managers, IT Site Managers and where required the Service Desk Manager to manage threats and maintain a secure environment for our customers and our users. Participate in business activities and provide support specific to each remote facility respectively. Business activities such as Lean Events or other productivity improvements, working with local resources such as the security department and telephone operators, facilities management functions, cost control initiatives
