Persons in these roles are expected to work from our offices in Seattle. Our base salary range is $70,560 - $105,840, and in addition we have generous bonus plans to provide a competitive compensation package. As an IT Engineer, you'll be a key part of our Infrastructure team, with a unique opportunity to learn from and support all of these groundbreaking initiatives. Your Next Challenge: The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following: Providing IT support for all local and remote employees. Providing IT and AV support for webcast meetings and talks. Provisioning advanced GPU hardware for cutting-edge researchAssist engineering and research in debugging hardware and software issues. Troubleshooting, documenting, and maintaining our internal systems and equipment. Administering and supporting our software subscriptions. Managing assets, accounts, users, and permissions. Creating automation for performing repetitive tasks. What You’ll Need: Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. 2-5 years of experience in an IT engineer or IT support role. 2+ years of experience administering macOS and Linux operating systems in a corporate setting. Experience troubleshooting both personal and server hardware. Experience administering and supporting major cloud providers such as AWS and Google Cloud. Demonstrated knowledge of networking fundamentals. Bonus If You Have: A background in cybersecurity. Scripting experience.
