ABOUT US:

We are a reputed landscaping company in the UAE committed to excellence in design, construction, and maintenance services. As we scale our operations, we are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Engineer to manage and optimize our technology infrastructure.

JOB SUMMARY:

The IT Engineer will oversee all aspects of our IT systems including hardware, networking, and software solutions. They will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day tech operations as well as leading the implementation of new digital tools to support business growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of relevant IT experience, preferably in a mid-sized organization
  • Solid understanding of hardware maintenance and network management
  • Experience in implementing or managing business software tools (e.g., ERP, CRM)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain company hardware (PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers, etc.)
  • Oversee and maintain network infrastructure including setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting
  • Manage existing software licensing and lead the implementation of new ERP systems.
  • Ensure data security, backups, and recovery plans are in place and regularly tested
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related purchases and support
  • Provide tech support to internal teams, including training when necessary
  • Monitor and improve IT system performance across all departments
  • Document IT processes, systems, and policies for internal use
