The overall Loungers IT team is small but growing and have support outsourced service providers. Our IT EPOS Support Specialist will report to the Systems Manager, you will be a key contact point for IT queries across our HQ functions and EPOS related activities at all sites, which is currently approximately 300. You will be responsible for ensuring that IT services are available and performing as expected, as well as troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise. In addition to this, you will provide ongoing support, reporting and guidance for staff at all levels.
