SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience with IT, AV, or event technology setup.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We’re seeking skilled and tech-savvy IT Event Technicians to join our team for upcoming events in Montreal. You’ll play a key role in setting up, supporting, and de-rigging IT and AV equipment, ensuring everything runs flawlessly for our client. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in event technology setup and IT troubleshooting, especially with Zebra printers and other event hardware.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Set up, configure, and test IT & AV equipment, including event printers (Zebra or similar).
  • Provide technical support for hardware and software issues across multiple platforms (Windows, macOS, Android).
  • Troubleshoot network issues, VPN connections, LAN configurations, and basic firewall settings.
  • Assist users with event-related applications and devices.
  • Maintain accurate records of support tasks and report issues promptly.
  • De-rig and safely pack equipment after events.
  • Communicate effectively with the onsite team and client representatives.
