Ensure all systems are secure and operational. Respond to IT-related issues and requests. Research and develop new systems and technology solutions to improve hotel operations. Establish best practices for IT security. Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures. Provide technical support and assistance to guests and staff. Participate in continual professional development. Provide daily IT support for hotel staff and operations. Manage PMS, POS, Back-office, and other hospitality applications. Ensure smooth operation of Wi-Fi, CCTV, and telecommunication systems. Monitor data backups, system security, and access controls. Troubleshoot IT issues promptly to avoid guest service disruptions. Coordinate with vendors for AMC, software, and hardware support. Maintain IT asset records and compliance documentation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field Proven experience in IT management In-depth knowledge of various computer systems, applications, and network security Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Strong organizational and leadership abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Additional Information Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint Results and service oriented with an eye for details A team player & builder A motivator & self-starter
