We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Arabic Speaker IT Executive to join our team and support our mission of maintaining a secure, efficient, and modern healthcare IT environment.

JOB SUMMARY:

The IT Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day IT operations, supporting hospital systems, and ensuring cybersecurity protocols are implemented and maintained. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in healthcare IT infrastructure and robust knowledge in cybersecurity practices, ensuring data privacy, system integrity, and regulatory compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare IT environment.
  • Proven experience in cybersecurity, including certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or similar (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare applications, network security, data protection, and healthcare IT standards (e.g., HL7, HIPAA-like practices for UAE).
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework is a plus.
  • Must be Arabic Speaker
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to hospital staff for software, hardware, and network issues.
  • Manage hospital systems such as HIS, EMR/EHR, etc. and ensure integration with other platforms.
  • Monitor and maintain the hospital’s IT infrastructure, including servers, switches, firewalls, and end-user devices.
  • Implement and oversee cybersecurity protocols, including firewalls, antivirus software, patch management, and data encryption.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and risk analysis; recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure data backup, disaster recovery procedures, and business continuity plans are in place and regularly tested.
  • Maintain compliance with UAE healthcare IT regulations and data protection laws.
  • Collaborate with departments to optimize the use of technology in clinical and administrative workflows.
  • Manage vendor relationships and IT procurement.
  • Document IT processes, maintain logs, and generate performance/security reports.
