JOB DESCRIPTION:

Regularly monitor stock levels and conduct routine audits to ensure data accuracy.
Generate inventory reports highlighting asset status, usage, and trends.
Maintain relationship with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective transactions.
Liaise and deal with suppliers on faulty goods return and replacement.
Verify information of products status, legitimacy, validity, and maintain accuracy.
Perform analysis and processes of all existing and new SKUs within Mr D.I.Y IT inventory database
Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.

REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma, Bachelor’s degree, or above in any disciplines.
Minimum 1 year working experience preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent.
Experienced in Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be prioritized.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
Basic accounting knowledge will be a plus point.
Strong logical thinking and analytical skills.
