• Oversee the setup and upkeep of IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and networks
• Ensure systems are reliable, secure, and operate with minimal downtime
• Identify and lead initiatives to improve system performance and reduce costs
• Ensure compliance with relevant IT-related legal and regulatory requirements
• Support and maintain IT systems at the training center
• Train and supervise IT personnel to ensure skill and knowledge transfer
• Communicate updates on policies, procedures, and system changes effectively
• Provide end-user training for new or updated systems and applications
• Deliver timely and professional IT support, including remote assistance and documentation
• Ensure all IT practices comply with internal quality and safety management standardsAdhoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Min Diploma in Information Technology
• Min 3-5 years experience in IT in marine industry
• Experience with Windows Server, Unix, Red Hat is an advantage
• Working Location: Macpherson
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)Salary: Up to $5000
