Paramount Retail Group, a dynamic group of companies operating across the retail and eCommerce space, is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic IT Support Specialist to join our growing internal IT team.
Based at our main office in Goldthorpe, you’ll also provide on-site support at other locations including Birstall, Shipley, and additional UK sites (travel expenses covered).

DESIRABLE (BUT NOT ESSENTIAL) SKILLS:

• Knowledge of VMware or other virtualization tools
• Experience with service desk/ticketing systems (e.g. Service Desk Pro)
• Exposure to mobile device management (MDM) and networking basics

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to employees across the group (remote and on-site)
• Assist in setting up and onboarding new team members (laptops, software, systems access)
• Maintain and support Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Active Directory environments
• Support and troubleshoot hardware (PCs, laptops, mobile scanners, printers)
• Help maintain and improve our internal servers and network infrastructure
• Work with our Helpdesk ticketing system to resolve and track support requests
• Collaborate with different departments and external vendors to solve IT issues efficiently
• Take part in exciting IT projects as we expand and improve our operations
