JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced IT Executive to oversee the IT systems and infrastructure across our group of companies. This role involves ensuring smooth daily operations, leading IT projects and system implementations, and supporting the business with strategic technology planning.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in IT systems and infrastructure
• Strong skills in:
• Windows Servers, Active Directory, Azure AD
• Microsoft 365 (Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Network setup (LAN/Wi-Fi, firewalls, printers, scanners)
• AutoCount, Visual Studio, and database design
• Solid troubleshooting and helpdesk support experience
• Able to resolve hardware, software, and network issuesFamiliar with project management and team coordination

• Plan and manage projects with clear goals, timelines, and resources
• Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring they stay on time and within budget
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project objectives
• Update stakeholders and management on project status and risks
• Handle full project lifecycle – from gathering requirements to implementation and documentation
• Support IT strategies that align with business needs
• Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure and networks
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and systems
• Manage servers, firewalls, Microsoft 365, OneDrive, and SharePoint
• Work with vendors to resolve technical issuesSet up and maintain computers, printers, and scanners
