JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on IT Executive to support our IT infrastructure, systems, and production technologies. The role involves maintaining hardware and network operations, managing system administration, supporting manufacturing IT systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for end-users.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in IT support, networking, or system administration.
• Experience in a manufacturing / factory environment is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of:Windows OS (client & server)Networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, switches, routers, Wi-Fi)PC setup and troubleshootingBasic server administration (Active Directory, file sharing, backup)IT security (antivirus, firewalls, access control)
• Familiar with ERP/MES systems and factory hardware (printers, scanners, barcode devices).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for end-user support.
• Independent, resourceful, and adaptable to new systems/technologies.
• Willing to provide on-site production support and occasionally work after-hours or weekends during system downtime.
