As IT Coordinator in this role at Falck, your main focus will be to support Falck users by providing on-site IT assistance, managing and maintaining company IT equipment, and ensuring smooth operation of all IT-related processes and infrastructure. You will be based in our centrally located Headquarters in Stockholm, with occasional travel to other locations in Sweden. You will be part of Falck´s Global IT organization Digital Technology with colleagues both onsite as well as in other locations across Europe. You will report to the Head of IT Field Support & Services Europe based in Poland.

Responsibilities
  • Providing on-site IT support for Falck users (second line support).
  • Supporting company IT equipment (PCs, network, telephony, peripherals, etc.).
  • Troubleshooting hardware issues and performing repairs on-site or coordinating warranty repairs with suppliers.
  • Enrolling company PCs, laptops, and mobile phones in Intune.
  • Managing and tracking all IT equipment.
  • Maintaining inventory of computers and accessories, ensuring minimum re-order levels.
  • Managing cable infrastructure and patch panels.
  • Maintaining and supporting printers, escalating to third-party vendors when necessary.
  • Installing and supporting meeting room and office equipment.
  • Assisting the Service Desk with network troubleshooting in the office.
  • Understanding, following, and promoting global IT processes and governance.
  • Managing workload within the Service Now ticketing system.
  • Collaborating with internet service providers.
  • Assisting with IT projects.
