Description Ignite Medical resort is on Fire! We are seeking a skilled IT Field Administrator to cover our Kansas City area locations. Extensive travel is required. About Us: Ignite Team Partners manages skilled nursing facilities across six states, providing crucial support to maintain the operational efficiency and security of our locations. We are committed to leveraging technology to support resident care by ensuring our facilities operate with minimal disruption and maximum security. Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and versatile IT Field Administrator to join our team in Texas. This role is critical in ensuring reliable technology operations, delivering outstanding IT support to both staff and residents, and contributing to enterprise-wide initiatives. As a second-level support resource, the IT Field Administrator is responsible for resolving complex technical issues, managing infrastructure, and driving local and corporate IT projects. Key Responsibilities: Technical Support & Infrastructure Management · Provide advanced desktop and technical support, including escalation from Level 1 Help Desk. Overseeing the resolution of complex IT issues in the facilities. · Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT hardware, software, phone and security systems (CCTV, access control). · Monitor and maintain network performance (LANs, WANs, Wi-Fi), server health, and system stability ensuring smooth operation. · Ensure the security and integrity of networks, data, and systems by implementing and managing security protocols. · Administer, maintain and upgrade IT systems in the facilities. · Provide both on-site and remote support for multiple facilities. Project & Vendor Management · Lead and contribute to local IT projects and enterprise-level initiatives with minimal oversight. · Coordinate and manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely issue resolution and adherence to SLAs. · Serve as the liaison between the facility and IT department, accurately representing local technology needs. User Support & Communication · Deliver high-quality customer service to internal staff and residents with a professional, solutions-oriented approach. · Provide periodic IT training for staff and guests. · Coach junior IT team members, Help Desk staff, and resident volunteers on troubleshooting and escalation processes. · Responsible for the overall technical health and stability of assigned communities as well as employee satisfaction. Process & Documentation · Research, define, and document IT processes and procedures, including incident, problem, change, and asset management. · Conduct root cause analyses for severity 1 and 2 incidents and ensure thorough communication and follow-up. Strategic & Advisory Responsibilities · Assess the technology needs of assigned facilities and recommend appropriate solutions. · Evaluate systems and processes to identify improvements or new technology opportunities. · Advise business stakeholders on the potential use of technology to enhance facility operations. Additional Requirements: · Extensive travel within Texas as well as travel out of state is required. · Ability to lift and install hardware as needed. · Flexible schedule to respond to after-hours issues or emergencies if needed. Preferred Certifications: · CompTIA A+ or Network+ · Relevant certifications in security systems (e.g., CCTV, access control) · Relevant Microsoft 365 or Azure Ignite Medical Resorts is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Requirements Qualifications: · Five to eight years of IT infrastructure experience with demonstrated progression of skills and responsibilities. Preferably in a multi-site environment. · Strong knowledge of networking, desktop support, hardware, software and cabling. · Experience with phone, CCTV and access control systems. · Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently and in collaboration with the IT team and/or vendors. · Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. · Experience managing and delivering IT projects. · Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Clean background check Authorized to work in the United States of America
