PFH Technology Group is seeking a Level 2 IT Field Service Engineer to join our
collaborative working team in Dublin.
Full Driving License Required

  • Windows Server (All OS) essential
  • Desktop / Laptop hardware skills
  • Service hardware technologies
  • Microsoft Hyper-V
  • Excellent knowledge of Office 365
  • Microsoft Apps (Teams, SharePoint, One Drive)
  • Active Directory User, Group and Permission Management
  • TCP/IP, DNS, Firewalls (SonicWALL), VPNs
  • Familiar with backup software and solutions (Veeam, Arc Serve
Responsibilities
  • Providing L2 Support onsite to our clients
  • Meeting our SLA’s by resolving Ticketing and Service requests
  • Working closely with the client’s IT Team on-site
  • Take personal responsibility for ensuring an excellent relationship with

the client

  • IT problem solving and communicating with non-technical clients
