IT FIELD ENGINEER – FIELD AND DESK BASED STOKE

We are now looking for an IT Field Engineer to join our world class company. Candidates must have a good understanding of an experienced IT Field Engineer and be someone who is competent working with clients, customers and colleagues of all levels of seniority.

WHAT SKILLS SHOULD YOU HAVE?

• Around 3 years’ demonstrable experience in IT support services or consultancy
• Practical working knowledge of firewalls and HP Aruba switches in the Education or Public sectors ideally
• Windows AD, Microsoft Office 365 and Azure AD,
• MS InTune device management
• Well-developed network troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of LAN & WAN technologies
• Some VMWare and Microsoft Hyper-V experience (desirable)
• Some experience in recent Microsoft Server 2016-2019 builds
• Experience with Google Workspace For Education (desirable)
• Relevant certification in Networking (e.g., CCNA) and/or Microsoft
