REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in field support or IT infrastructure roles.
  • Proficiency in Windows/Mac OS, networking concepts, and IT troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and network tools.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and ticketing systems.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently, travel to client sites, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license or own transport is a plus.

Responsibilities
  1. On-Site Technical Support
  • Provide on-site support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Set up and configure new equipment and systems at client locations.
  1. Infrastructure Deployment & Maintenance
  • Install, configure, and test IT infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and servers.
  • Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and patch management.
  • Conduct site surveys to assess technical requirements for new deployments.
  1. User Support & Training
  • Assist end-users with technical issues and provide basic training on systems and tools.
  • Maintain user access, permissions, and profiles via Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
  1. Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records of service requests, issue resolutions, and maintenance logs.
  • Generate service reports, site visit records, and equipment tracking logs.
  1. Coordination & Communication
  • Coordinate with internal IT team, vendors, and clients for smooth project delivery.
  • Provide timely updates and escalate complex issues when necessary.
