JOB OVERVIEW:

Join Microminder a leading MSP dedicated to the healthcare industry for over 40 years. We service over 2000 clients across the UK and Republic of Ireland and are seeking skilled and professional IT Field Service Engineers based in London and the Southeast of England.
This is a field role where you will be expected to drive to various Clients on a regular basis. This is not a remote role.

• Deliver exceptional support and solutions for clients IT issues, both in remote settings and through on-site visits.
• Exhibit expertise in managing Microsoft Windows environment, IT Hardware and Networking technologies.
• Act as the primary contact for customer support via phone, email, or helpdesk tickets.
• Consistently provide a friendly, efficient, and effective service experience to our clients.
• Offer remote troubleshooting support and conduct maintenance callouts.
• Execute on-site installations and site surveys.
• Be available for at least one Saturday per month for potential callouts or installations.
