OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure for our clients. You will work directly with customers to troubleshoot issues, manage computer systems, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of various operating systems and networking technologies.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in technical support roles with a strong focus on IT support and help desk functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting purposes.
  • Familiarity with computer networking concepts, including LAN/WAN configurations.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components including firewalls, VPNs, and network security protocols.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
