ESP Global Services is seeking a Field Services Engineer to join our talented team in the North of the UK. We are a leading provider of 24/7 IT support and infrastructure solutions, trusted by clients worldwide to deliver exceptional service.
In this role, you’ll represent ESP as the first point of contact for both hardware and software issues. You’ll provide 1st and 2nd line support for customer contracts within your region, offering quick, efficient solutions that keep businesses running smoothly. Whether you’re fixing hardware, troubleshooting software, or helping teams at airports, your work will be critical to our success.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Troubleshoot and Support: Provide desktop support for a wide range of hardware and software, including operating system issues, desktops, printers, laptops, and more.
  • Installation and Maintenance: Install and maintain computer systems and peripherals, addressing hardware problems and providing expert guidance on desktop applications.
  • Break/Fix Support: Handle “Break/Fix” services and ensure smooth installation, upgrade, and device driver management.
  • Customer Excellence: Deliver top-tier customer service and support for designated equipment, always maintaining professionalism.
  • Flexibility and Shift Work: Adapt to varying shift patterns, including occasional night shifts, as we provide 24/7 support to airports.
  • Administrative Duties: Update service tickets, escalate issues when necessary, and monitor your service calls to ensure timely resolution.
