Description
Roles and Responsibilities Incident & Service Management: Respond to tickets, resolve hardware/software issues, and ensure SLA compliance. AI Solution Development: Design and implement AI-enabled solutions, identify use cases, and manage end-to-end AI project lifecycle. Collaboration & Continuous Learning: Work on digital initiatives, track KPIs for AI projects, and stay updated on IT and AI trends for ongoing improvement. User & Device Support: Monitor preparation of PCs for new hires, assist with printers/copiers, and support meeting rooms. IT Asset & Inventory Management: Oversee delivery, inspection, labelling, and registration of IT equipment; maintain accurate inventory records and compliance with audits. Equipment Handling & Documentation: Manage transfers, returns, and updates in IT systems; ensure proper asset tagging and classification. IT Store & Procurement: Maintain IT stores, ensure hardware readiness, and handle procurement of IT equipment Vendor Coordination: Act as primary contact for vendors, ensuring timely delivery and issue resolution. Project & Ad Hoc Tasks: Manage assigned IT projects and perform other IT-related duties as required. Requirements Minimum Diploma/Bachelor in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience (3–4 years). Experience in leading or managing a team of desktop engineers will be considered an added advantage. Knowledge of inventory management systems and experience with AI platforms/tools is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Office365), Windows OS (Win11), and basic programming (Python or similar). Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; attention to detail. Team player with a positive attitude, quick learner, multitasker, customer-service oriented. Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning and self-upgrading in both IT and AI domains Working location at Benoi, working hours Mon - Fri 7.30am to 5pm, islandwide transportation provided
