Responsibilities
The IT Field Support Team Leader is responsible for leading field service technicians, ensuring timely technical issue resolution across multiple locations, overseeing ticket management, and acting as the main point of contact for escalations. This role also involves facilitating daily Agile meetings, allocating tasks, reporting on field service activities, and driving continuous improvement.
