Description Ford Office Technologies is growing, and we are seeking a dependable and motivated IT Support Technician to join our team and support our client in Robinson Twp, PA. The work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Setup, configure Operations/Maintenance of Server Hardware/OS and Backup Hardware/software. Install EDR and Remote Management tools. Maintain timely and complete documentation of all daily and project work. Knowledge of relevant technologies and maintain selected technical certifications. Remote and on-site troubleshooting and support of UPS, Server hardware and software. Monitors alerts for alarms via documented procedure and escalate to senior team members as needed. Receive, process, and inventory client equipment shipped to Ascent Data. Setup, and configure new computer equipment per client specifications. Prioritizing and resolving issues that arise. Requirements Valid driver’s license and proof of insurability. Strong customer service, communication and writing skills Strong experience with Windows 10 Desktop Support. Bachelor or associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant experience. Proven software and network troubleshooting skills. Print-Audit and papercut knowledge or willing to learn. Experience with all Microsoft Office applications. At least one year of experience in a technical support role. Basic knowledge of Windows Server Systems Administration to include Active Directory Users and Computers, SMB Network Share Permissions, and Print Server Management. Familiarity with ticketing systems. Strong work ethic with the ability to work and set goals with little supervision.
